Situated on a hill and by the point, it has ocean views, in 3 directions (east, south & west) from 26 of the 29 windows & all 4 entrances. I fell in love with it in 1980 & bought it almost immediately. Unfortunately, the onset of arthritis brought the realization of difficulty maintaining a large house & property in the future. The house would make an ideal B&B. The 3 spacious rooms upstairs (all with ocean views) could be guest rooms, while the dining room downstairs could be used by the hosts (with the first floor washroom). The huge kitchen accommodates large meals and the living room with its fantastic views could be used for breakfasts. Guests could enjoy beach walks, beautiful sunsets, or even canoeing or boating if equipment were provided. I have held a wedding here for a friend and guests thought this was a common occurrence at my home.
